Returns & Exchanges

Each bridal pouch is custom-made and personalized with care.

Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If there is an issue, please contact us within 5 business days with photos of the product, and we’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund.
