📦 Why does it say "pre-order" on the products?
Our new collection is currently in production. You can order now — we reserve your bags and ship them as soon as the collection arrives. Expected delivery is from 1 November 2026.

When will my pre-order be delivered?
We expect to ship all pre-orders from 1 November 2026. You will receive an email with track & trace as soon as your parcel is on its way. Should production be delayed, we will inform you personally by email.

Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes. You can cancel a pre-order free of charge at any time before shipping. Email sales@vivaah.nl with your order number and you will be refunded in full via your original payment method.

How quickly will my order arrive?

• Pre-order items: shipping from 1 November 2026.
• In-stock items: Netherlands 3–5 business days, Belgium 3–5 business days. Orders placed before 17:00 are processed the same business day.

Ordering a pre-order item together with an in-stock item? We ship your order in one delivery once everything is available. Prefer a partial delivery? Let us know at sales@vivaah.nl.

What does shipping cost?
€6.95 to the Netherlands and €10.95 to Belgium per order. Orders over €75 ship free within the Netherlands and Belgium.

What are the bags made of?
Our potli favor bags are made from high-quality fabric, decorated with a gold print of Indian deities and finished with a luxurious satin drawstring ribbon.

Can the bags be personalised?
At the moment we offer our standard collection. Do you have special wishes or are you interested in a personalised design? Get in touch at sales@vivaah.nl.

Are the bags suitable for Hindu ceremonies?
Yes. Our potli bags are designed specifically for Hindu weddings, engagements, Mehndi, Sangeet and other spiritual ceremonies.

Is there a minimum order?
No. You can order from a single bag.

Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes. We offer attractive volume pricing for larger orders:

• 25–49 pieces: €6.95 each
• 50–99 pieces: €5.95 each
• 100+ pieces: €4.95 each

Can I return my order?
Yes. You can return your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Register your return at retour@vivaah.nl. See our full refund policy for all conditions.

Why do prices differ between bags?
Our collection is design-led. Every bag is developed with care — unique illustrations, spiritual symbolism and refined detailing. The price reflects the exclusive design, the premium finish and the meaningful experience each bag adds to your celebration.

How can I pay?
We currently accept iDEAL and PayPal.
