Is shipping free?

Shipping is €6.95 to the Netherlands and €10.95 to Belgium. Orders over €75 ship free.

When will I receive my order?

Pre-order items ship from 1 November 2026. In-stock items arrive in 3–5 business days. Orders placed before 17:00 are processed the same business day.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes. You have 14 days after receipt to return your order, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Register your return via retour@vivaah.nl.
